Visual Description
Argyra argentiventris is a small fly characteristic of the family Dolichopodidae. Taxonomy and History
Argyra argentiventris was described by the entomologist M.C. Van Duzee in 1925. The species was formally published in his revision of the North American species of the genus Argyra.[2]
