Visual Description
Anomalomydas mackerrasi exhibits the characteristic robust, fly-like morphology typical of the family Mydidae. History and Classification
Anomalomydas mackerrasi was originally described by K.R. Norris in 1938 as Miltinus mackerrasi.[2] It is currently recognized as an accepted species within the genus Anomalomydas.[2]
