General Information
Alpinosciara crassistylata (Frey, 1948) is a species of fungus gnat in the family Sciaridae.[2] It was originally described as Bradysia crassistylata by R. Frey in 1948.[2]
The genus Alpinosciara was established to accommodate species that were formerly assigned to the Corynoptera crassistylata group. This genus is classified within the subfamily Megalosphyinae and includes 22 species.[3]
Visual Description
