Alluaudomyia streptomera is a species of biting midge within the family Ceratopogonidae. While specific morphological traits are difficult to resolve from available digital records, specimens of this genus typically exhibit the characteristic features of the family, including a small body size and specialized mouthparts adapted for their ecological roles.[1]
Alluaudomyia streptomera was described by the entomologist Hans Remm in 1980.[2] It is currently recognized as an accepted species name in global taxonomic databases.[3]
