This page represents the following TreeOfLife-200M taxonomic path.[1]
Agromyza flavipennis is a species of leaf-mining fly within the family Agromyzidae. Observations of specimens in the TreeOfLife-200M dataset reveal typical morphological characteristics of the genus, including a small, dark-bodied appearance consistent with other agromyzids.[1]
Agromyza flavipennis was described by Hendel in 1920.[2] As a member of the Agromyzidae, it is associated with plant-insect interactions, specifically as a leafminer. It has been documented to interact with the plant Lamium album (white dead-nettle).[3]
