Description
Afromosia is a genus of robber flies (family Asilidae) described by Jason G. H. Londt in 2015.[2] The genus was established based on specimens from Cameroon and is classified within the subfamily Laphriinae and the tribe Atomosiini.[3]
Visual Description
Due to the lack of accessible high-resolution imagery for this genus, specific morphological traits cannot be definitively described here. The genus is represented in scientific records by the species Afromosia barkemeyeri.[4]
