Visual Description
Aedes diantaeus is a mosquito species characterized by typical culicid morphology. Aedes diantaeus was described by Howard, Dyar, and Knab in 1913.[2] It is recognized as an accepted species within the genus Aedes.[3]
Biological interaction data indicates that Aedes diantaeus serves as a host for certain microsporidian pathogens, specifically Amblyospora minuta and Amblyospora opacita.[4]
