Acrosticta dichroa
Acrosticta dichroa is a species of picture-winged fly in the family Ulidiidae. It was described by the entomologist Hermann Loew in 1874.[1]

Visual Description
Based on observations of museum specimens, Acrosticta dichroa exhibits characteristic features of the family Ulidiidae. The body is generally dark-colored, often with a metallic or sub-metallic sheen. The wings are marked with distinct, dark patterns, which is a diagnostic trait for many species within the family.[2]
