Visual Description
Abasanistus rubricornis is a member of the family Stratiomyidae. Classification and History
Abasanistus rubricornis was described by Kálmán Kertész in 1923. The original description was published in Annales Musei Nationalis Hungarici as part of his work on the monograph of Notacanthen.[2] The species is currently recognized as an accepted name within the genus Abasanistus.[2]
